Right I need help!! lol.
Am trying to do an engine swap, but have some issues.
1. The engine going in has a stud snapped on the turbo that I`m gonna have to drill out and replace.
2. No vacuum hose from the FPR and I have no idea where to get the feed from, as new engine has no fpr.
3. The engine in the car was previously removed and refitted, and they did a crap job as things aren`t fitted, or fitted in the wrong ways.
4. The clutch pivot, I`ve removed the cap, and fitted a bolt, what do I do now lol.
5. I`m sure the turbo vacuum feeds are on wrong too.
As you can see its just a matter of me not knowing where everything goes, and how to do things. I`ve searched through posts and not many make sense, well not when you`ve not done something before lol.
What I`m in need of is either pictures of what goes where, and how to do things, or someone to spare a hour or so to point out some things and explain.
Anyone who can help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I didn't reply to your PM, I have lots on my plate at the mo.
Is there anything left of the stud? As I have tools to remove rounded off bolts / studs etc.
If you need to take a look at an engine bay you are welcome to pop over.

Any diagrams of the vacuum hoses?? As long as I know where the feeds come from and where they go, what they bridge etc etc, will make life easier. But running with no FPR vacuum would have been bad.

For the stud, drilling out seems to be the only option for you. I can take pics for you but it is probably better for you to come and see what you need and I can take pics or draw diagrams for you.

pivot - just screw a bolt in and pull it out. Might need a bit of wiggling of the fork to loosen it off.
i can't remember what the vac lines look like offhand but i'm pretty sure one for solenoid comes from near turbo and one for fpr from the three on top of inlet?

Do I remove the hydraulic cylinder on the top of the box so the hose doesn`t get twisted/crimped or does that not matter??
Also the engine mounts, do I remove the mounts with the engine, or do I unbolt them fom the engine and remove after?? I`m thinking remove them with the engine lift engine and mounts from the chassis, then split the box from the engine and remove (is this right??).
And as for vacuum hoses etc when in, I`ll see if anyone can come and pop down so I can copy. Unless I can find details on here.

remove slave cylinder
vacum for fpr goes to manifold and turbo vac goes to boost ssolinoid then to manifold
cluch fork as stated above
you can remove box and engine in one but if your keeping the gearbox it's easy just to remove engine and leave box there

Will be going to get some diamond drill bits later, so I can drill out the old stud.
I think Ive found where the FPR goes, and thats the smaller pipe on the fuel rail, as that goes to a vacuum feed on the top of the inlet by the throttle??
Will sort the rest out when the engine is swapped, as I may have a better idea when the engine is out.
Thanks for the help so far guys.
This is what I saw anyways.
No FPR vacuum feed.
This blue silicon hose off and the feed from the turbo off.
I`m guessing the blue hose goes there??

Remove engine, refit new one.
Basically the engine only needs engine mount bolts removed, and gearbox bolts and shes out (clutch fork is ready to go).
In the mean time I have to drill out the old stud (have cobalt drill bits to do that and studs on their way from Roger Clarke), and then oil change, fill with collant when done.
Have engine crane there, all the tools just lacking in knowledge.
Its just cos I`m not up to speed with these engines, or cars its a bit well confusing.
