Default Interior lights and central locking dead

Hello everyone. I've got a weird problem. I was removing an aftermarket radio from from my UK Turbo 2000 and noticed it was hard wired to the battery. I cut the wire and taped over the end that leads into the battery for now. Went to reconnect the battery after finished and I now have no interior lighting, the central locking doesn't work and the alarm system isn't working either. Please tell me I haven't somehow cut a wire for the alarm/immobiliser system. I've added a photo of the fuse for the cable feed off the battery.
The car still starts, runs and drives, but as I have mentioned above several problems persist.

Maybe re-connecting the cut wire everything will work again ??
What model year is your turbo 2000 ? as any alarm system and central locking for early versions (pre 99?) would have been after market.
