I use Welch's in Cambridge and can't fault them. Have excellent service from them. Haven't tried P'boro so can't comment on them.

Lucky bugger

As for ICE beware, I know one WR1 owner who has been told he will invalidate aspects of his warranty even by changing the stereo, and even if the Scooby dealer does the work. So check first.

Thanks for the info. I'll check with the garage, but either way I don't think I can stand the crappy standard stereo for long.

Do you know of any decent ICE places in Cambs?

Cheers

Ice Direct in Peterborough do a very good job i know several people with installs done by them and are top quality.

As for servicing etc my classic is serviced by donalds in Peterborough and i have had no problems with their services.

In cambridge, you can try Cambridge car audio http://www.cambridgecaraudio.co.uk
I know these guys pretty well, just have a good idea of what you want and where you want it.

I had 52500 service,new discs,new pads,new oxygen sensor bill come to £650 and a few pence total.
They quoted me £300 for new discs and pads fitted
and the oxygen sensor they quoted £176 fitted so i had them fitted all together with the service.
