Jokes on ice lolly sticks: do they still exist?
Well I haven't spotted one for decades? Do any ice-lollies still come with a built-in joke on the wooden stick?

I was pleased to find Penguin biscuits had stuck to their guns, and found this beauty on the wrapper the other day:
"What do penguins wear to the beach?"
... Wait for it...
... a "Beak-ini"

First i ever heard of him was when he was on Jonathon woss, and he was talking about Gavin and Stacey, and how he is going to stop doing it as he'd like to end on a high........What?
I cannot be the only one who hadn't heard of it at that point? So i don't understand how it could have been on a high. Unless it was on the highest point it could get which seems like it's not very high?! what a stupid thing to do.
I think he is massively over-rated! He does look the spitting image of my mate though. Now he is funny.
Oh and turbo2, just noticed you now have a lotus omega, interesting choice.. How is it?

It goes like the wind, but in a completely different manner to a turbo scooby. It's quite a big car and great for the family, but obviously 377bhp and RWD requires a very different driving technique to what most people on here are used to! I was caught driving it in a huge thunderstorm downpour yesterday: with 419 ft lbs of torque turning those big fat rear tyres, I felt more like the captain of one of those big old cross-channel hovercrafts.

Rear wheel drive cars with plenty of poke are the most satisfying to drive by far, especcially in the wet!
The only horrifying one though was the original old VW, That rear suspension was truly awful and if you arrived at a corner in the wet just little on the fast side there was a lot of "tooth sucking" until you got round it.

My (mint condition) Supra has unfortunately gone to die in Cyprus as someone bought it from there to (I guess) modify to bits and drive up the promenade.
Focus ST is pretty good ...

Well ... not sure about 'satisfying': I went from a Subaru to a Supra and almost killed myself the first time it rained.

Hope he looks after the Supra then. My friend who was stationed there in the RAF told me that you see quite a few one armed drivers out there because they have a habit of driving with one arm out of the driver's window!
Knowing him he was probably taking the mike as usual! I did see one or two like that though!
