Had an Easyjet flight cancelled on Saturday. There appears to be no way to claim a refund on line so I guess I'll be trying the 0871 244 2366 number for the next month or so? Presently BT say that the number is unavailable, I guess their switchboard is blocked. Couldn't see a time limit in which to claim a refund.

Anyone else in the same position found an easier way or an on-line form I'm missing?

Thanks that number got me straight through and they said I would get a refund, just that the account was locked because I'd viewed it and although I cancelled away from the page they couldn't access it. Will try again.
