Got me hernia done.....
I had it done this morning under local Hurts like **** when I move, but hopefully it'll be better in a day or so..... I'd say the worst bit was the local anesthetic injection tbh - bloody big needle right where you don't want it, but can't feel much once it's done
How long till it's back to normal? Any thoughts?

One of the guys at work had 3 months off when he had his done because it got infected, god knows how because I thought the incision was only tiny. He was on light duties for about another 2 months after he came back too.

I had mine done a couple of years ago. Got the mesh method, but not the mesh plug on the inside either.
I couldnt walk for 3 days then started feeling better. Went to a rave 16 days after going under the knife
I ate lots and lots of meat to give my body enough protein to heal, That and complete Metal Gear Solid in 2 days flat!
Dont rush it and it will be fine. you will be able to tell when you are able to cope with things.
Best of luck,
astraboy.

Thanks guys
I'll take my time, and hopefully I'll be walking properly again tomorrow or the day after
I'll try the protein as well. Sounds good to me
