GO TO PRAGUE.
Went on a mates stag do and was fantastic. We literally drank all day every day. No arguments, no scraps, just lots of friendly people (and gorgeous girls) enjoying a great city.
Beer is lovely and VERY VERY cheap (average 55p a pint) Food is just as cheap and very nice too.
We prefererd the old town to the newer bits.

Was back there just before Xmas. Depends when you go, but it was freezin while I was there.
Beer and food are very cheap. If you go to the touristy places (old town square, for example) you'll pay more, but still far cheaper than the UK.
Budvar beer is a lot better than Stratopramen or Pilsner IMHO, but it's difficult to find in Prague given it's brewed in the South.
Girls are great and finding lap dancing clubs is easy. Go to the bottom of Wenceslas Square and you'll be hounded by folk offering free drinks to go to their clubs. All I got was "you want some Xmas *****" every minute.
Just watch you don't get your pockets dipped in the clubs.
