Hi all,
I'm going on my mates Stag Do to Prague in March 08, and was wondering if anybody knows any good things to do?
ie, Brewery Trips, Gun Ranges, Go Karting

 

Best brothel we went to was called Club Empire. Don't think all the strip clubs are ***** houses, we must have visted 4 or 5 before we realised this, and around a tenner entrance to each one can be a costly mistake. I always laugh when we go into one and the birds are sitting around with nothing to do cos no-one's there, extremely fit mind.

Also recommended places are Atlas bar and Goldfingers, never went into goldfingers but friends have said it was good (personally I think it's aimed more for tourists and is a rip off). Another friend highly recommended the sex bar, although never visted there myself.

There is a club by the river on 3 or 4 floors, no idea of the name but it's one of the few decent clubs, anyone will know what you're talking about.

As well as the usual drinking/sleaze, when we went a couple of years ago we toured the staropramen brewery:

K+K Fenix Hotel.

Slap bang (pardon the pun) right next door to Darlings.

All you need to know. Everywhere else is just second rate and rip off.

Darlings is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Park yourselves in the hotel bar, tip the staff to stay up late, then whoever wants to pop in and out of next door can feel free.

You pay a one time entry fee into Darlings and get stamped so you can come in and out as you please, just don't hang around there, the drinks are totally extortionate and that bar staff pushy if they are not busy.

Job done. Forget the other stuff, pointless preamble to the real deal IMO. Whatever floats your boat however.

There is an outdoor Go-Kart place, we went there and did it in the rain Managed to burn myself on the engine too

That tall club with a few floors was a dump when we went, very studenty. It was the only place we found where it was 65p a pint though.

 

So you're looking for good things to do?
Take a trip on the bus to Plzen.
I worked in the Czech republic for a while. Prague is a tourist rip-off.
I personally preferred Plzen. Not as many English speakers there, but the drink is at the very least half the price you'd pay in Prague. The Budweiser (the original one) factory tour is worth a look.
If you think the women in Prague are fit, you should see them in Plzen. Oh, and Pamela's show bar (high class strip bar, with brothel upstairs) doesn't cost anything to get in.

One drink in Plzen = 25Kr
Same drink in Prague = 95Kr
