Question

Anyone got any experience of using them?

Got a quote of the internet and seems VERY competitive, just wondered what their customer service, claims dealing, etc are like?

Thumbs up

They get the thumbs up from me.
I'm getting my Y reg EVO6 this Sat.
Me = 27, Developer, live in an Ok/good area
Worst quote = £10000
Best quote = £1800 - Direct line
Elephant quote = £1300

I hold them responsible for me purchasing the EVO. My manager has used em too for the first time. He got his certificate this morning.

USE EM.

Competetive premium, reasonable customer service over phone (but 60p per min), crap customer service on email (i.e. no replies).

Only just moved to them. £650 for my UK300.
I'm 35 & live in Edinburgh. Direct line was £100 more and so was the excess!

I recently started using them for another car (35% cheaper than renewal with BelL Direct), but they weren't the most competitive for the Scoob.

Best for me for the Scoob was http:\\

Used them myself (for a Saab, yikes, no Scooby yet) and the missus' Merc, very competitive prices vs five other online brokers. No experience so far of their claims handling, touch MDF. Geoff
