Smile BOB RAWL MAGICIAN *MUST READ THIS*

Dont want to make this to long as people won't read it BUT this has to be said, Bob rawl has done two fantastic jobs for me now and i belive credit should be given when its due. I used to have a 2004 Blobeye but have recently (about 4months) got my 2.5 hawkeye which i absolutly love.
Anyways today i had it remapped by bob and we have had a fantastic result, it acheived 361BHP BBBBBBUUUUTTTTT Best of all 435FT LBS of torque
Considering all i have is ILFR7H Spark plugs and a 3" complete hayward & scott exhaust including a De-catted downpipe!
This was a great result in my opinion and i think bob was very happy with it too.
I do also run 5w50 oil which probably doesnt matter to much but thought i'd add that!

Anyway just incase anyone doesn't know bob, he is a great guy to talk to and very knowledgeable, great customer service and outstanding workmanship!

Thanks again to BRD Developments for a great day out in swindon!

2006/7 assuming since it's a Hawkeye, STI most likely since the UK didn't get 2.0l STI's in newage form.

VF43, I think they run.

Sorry wrong quote there. Uk 2.0l sti's have been avaiable since 2002. They switched to 2.5's 2006/07

Must admit Bob is definatly one of the best blokes I've met in the tuning business!

The mapping he done on my wagon was amazing (ECUtek) and now on my new P1 (Simtek) the mapping is phenomenal!!!!

The car pulls so well throughout all gears and is just so much better to drive!!

Not just that but he's always available if you need any help regarding mapping etc and is not in this game for the money, but because he loves what he does!

All out top bloke ;-)

Bob has mapped my car, with top notch results!
That was road mapping, which after some more Mods, will need a re-map. Therefore, he will do a road map, but has suggested a mapping session at SRR, as well.

He has done that with another car and gained even more from the engine. Top man!

Well in fairness this is the best place to be in accordance with most major mappers! Most say 360-370bhp is the top end, however there is no such thing as a safe map on any car, i mean these hawkeyes have a habbit of ripping there own heads apart from standard anyway!! The piston rings or ringlands as its known crack and the head bolts are weak! Like bob said this is the highest i can go without engine work! Plus if i spend the money......OR SHOULD I SAY when i spend the money on having the engine made bullit proof, i will need a bigger turbo as the VF43 runs out around 390bhp and also a FMIC, so this is a good place for a bit of fun at not to much of an expenses!
