Default Break juddering/tapping back,, like abs kicking in

Hi all,
ive just bought a 2001 wrx uk300,
The car has had pads fitted, was told its had "green stuff" front pads and normal rears,,
when i was testing driving the car and press the breaks there was a very slight judder,,, not like warped discs,, its like the ABS is kicking in...
if you slighty touch the breaks the paddle just slighty taps back,, nothing like warped discs.
and it doesnt do it all the time,
... is like a sensor or module something feels electrical as i dont have to put much pressure on the peddle and it will judder slighty and tap back up.....
its a bit hard to explain....

can anyone shed some light on the situation, of what it might be....

The light would go out after the car has been driven a few hundred yards...

remove the sensors from the hub and give them a clean worked on mine you could have the same problem.

I`ve had a similar thing with my brakes. I`ll have to check my sensors too
