You may have seen a press release reporting that VirusScan Home Edition & Professional Edition 7.0 has just been released. This is causing some confusion, esp. to myself!
VirusScan Enterprise 7.0 has NOT released yet! This is the corporate product.
Quick Explanation - VirusScan comes in three flavors:
VirusScan Enterprise 7.0:
designed for Small, Medium and Large Enterprises
due for release February 2003
VirusScan Home Edition 7.0:
designed for the home user
released September 9, 2002
VirusScan Professional Edition 7.0:
designed for the SOHO market
released September 9, 2002

This will install VirusScan
The above link has nothing what-so-ever to do with me, if you click on it and install the product, well, that's your own fault! It works for me, but that does not mean it will work for you. In fact, it may well mean you'll never use your computer again... ever. It may even make your wife/girlfriend leave you, you could become impotent, your car - just to keep the Subaru element - may go slower. I will have a record of the file name that you clicked on that was infected, but promise not to tell too many people. Nothing is my fault
Add scoobynet to your email address when asked, I can then keep track of viruses affecting just Scoobynet people.

Well, around 45% of the Antivirus user community swear it's poo so you've got a good chance. I'd get the luggage out of the loft and head down to Currys - they've got dishwashers on offer.
