Default Moving McAfee VirusScan To New Windows Installation

Hi,

I have McAfee Security Centre 6, which includes VirusScan 8 and their Firewall. I will be using the impending XP SP2 update as an excuss to wipe my HDD and start again (after backing up all my documents & settings). With previous versions of McAfee VirusScan, I could download a SuperDAT file, and when I reinstalled VirusScan I could install the SuperDAT to bring me back up to date (without having to download 100 or so updates ). Unfortunately, VS8 does not support SuperDATS.

Is there any way of either backing up my current VS8 and Firewall installations, or downloading the latest versions of each program, so I don't have to re-download all of the updates to bring me back up to date?

Thanks

Daniel

You should be able to go to McAfee.com, log in and download the latest versions. They're only 5meg each, so no hassle.
