I also now have a super annoying squeak induced from the door speaker that rattles the silver door handle surround on the drivers door. A swift thump settles it down for a while, but I think I'm going to have to remount the door card and trim.

FINALLY picking mine up on Monday - crikey it's been a long drawn out affair!
Was curious about something though - where exactly are the 10 speakers for the stereo?!
Front doors - 2
Rear doors - 2
Front tweeters?
Rear tweeters
???
I'm guesiing it still sounds a bit pants though knowing Subaru??

Quote from Subaru website for 330S......
'Single DVD/CD/MP3/WMA/RDS Sat Nav System with 10 speakers and steering wheel control'
Just wondered what the 10 speakers were?

corner of each door holds a coaxial so 4 x 2 and then the 2 tweeters. Its a marketing con as there are not 10 seperate speakers as it suggests.

I have a 2008 Hatchback Sti and have just fitted 18x7.5 ET 42 Inovite alloys and they seem to be rubbing the plastic arch insert with the outer edge of the tyre when turning more than 45 deg around corners or driving round a roundabout .Now i know some hatch owners are running ET35 /30 's so surely they would rub as well.Anyone any thoughts.
My original subaru alloys had an ET 55 and they didn't rub and they we're 18x 8.5" .

Thought is the inovite are the wrong offset and they guys running them have had their arches rolled to cure this.
IIRC Scoob alloys are 55 offset for STi and I think WRX are 53.

Yes scooby Sti alloys are 55 offset but aftermarket alloys are always more on an offset.I don't think it's catching the arch it's the plastic arch liner thats rubbing on the tyre.
