Just sold my beloved NAIM system as it was gathering dust . This means that I now have the cash to replace the standard STi seats in my hatch . So to the question, has anyone got photos of non OEM recaro or other seats in their hatch?

Also are these seats a self fit item?

Mark, thought the uk/euro cars were un-equal? that why you get the "dugga dugga"

Incorrect, All uk and euro imports on a 2.5 engine are on un-equal length headers. Only the Jap 2.0 have equal lenght fitted

I guess this is the best place to ask a question about the STi Roofspoiler!

I currently have a normal one in Silver and I want the STi Spoiler. There are some available on eBay (Carbon) for less money . Now I want the look like in this picture;

As you can see there are some arrows on the picture. Is this silver/white piece something from the car itself or from the spoiler? If I buy the carbon STI Spoiler from eBay, is it without this piece? As I have it too on my normal spoiler and my goal is to create the same look as above.

Hope you guys understand what I'm telling, my english isn't that well

Thanks!

Yes, its part of the boot so if you fit an STI spoiler you will still have this piece on show.

Thanks

JDM's with equal length headers "hiss" on WOT rather than "dugga dugga"

I'm not a fan of the noise personally... they sound like something off Cannonball run

What is WOT???????

H'mmmm too many upgrades, braided brake lines on Friday with Ferodo pads.

Why is my tailgate still creaking, and does anyone else's seat creak at low speeds, or is just my fat ***.

WOT

Wide Open Throttle

Your tailgate creaks? No mine's fine (unless it's not shut properly which is easy to miss)

Wide open throttle.

Dont worry about the tailgate, thought my rear wind sheild was going to smash this morning. It had rained then froze, you could hear everything creak and move!

Ref the seat, mine doesn't, quiet as a mouse.

As I said in an earlier post there is a creaking noise coming from the rear of the car since I had the whiteline ARB's installed.

Annoyingly it is only the driver seat that does this, and then only when I sit in it, hence it must be me.

Either that or one of my childrens squealy toys has got lodged under the seat.

I dont mind losing the rumble tbh. Mrs still gets abit paranoid about attention in the car with the rumble, which you can hear with any backbox really, from the outside. RCM have just fitted equal length to their hatch, might have to look into it.
