Its alive
Well i finally finished the car on sunday at about 5 and made it to yesterdays cruise.
on sat i got it together, filled all fluids and dry cranked it. but then when the time come to actually start the car it wouldnt start. i found i didnt have any spark. so after a few hours of trying different things i called it a night. and join the party.
on sunday i woke up with a clear head and Dan (Blockhead) called over. set out to work on the car and then it dawned on me when dan was checking the sensors. that the cam sensor plugs are the same as the injector plugs and then noticed i had put the wrong plug on the wrong thing. and up she fired. straight into life.
only problem on my test drive was a pipe popping off at low boost. but i havent pushed it and im driving sensible at the moment. want to run it in a bit.
next on the list is simtex and oil cooler.
will get some pics up later
