Default Bruntingthorpe Racetrack

Has anybody been on a trackday at Bruntingthorpe before? I hear that it is a bad track and can cause alot of damage to your front end in the stonechip department. Can anybody clarify this as i dont want to wreck my car.

It's not the best surface on the straight, as it's a 2 mile long concrete runway - hence very wide and 2 miles long. The rest of the track is well surfaced asphalt though and quite a good drive.

I've had over 150mph (properly timed) down the straight, which I can't say was the most pleasant experience...

Its not the best. As pointed out some sections seem to be better than others.

Hi guys
If its alittle bumpy i can live with that. Is it very gravely though? If it is im not going to go as i like my bonnet and bumper/sideskirts.

Gutmann, cheers for the vid im just downloading it now. That should give me a good idea.

Thats good about the gravel. I can see thats its bumpy on some like stated but the Evo has quite hard suspension and is abit of a mare on bumpy rounds. I guess i could live with it though.
