What I have been wasting my time on.
Finally got it painted and I have still got cutting and polishing to do. Quite pleased for a first attempt though.

Got to fit new polycarb windows, replace the gearshift and fix an electrical problem...then it is going!
Plan is to take it to a track day for a shakedown.

Opelcorsa..I put sliders in my last set but it was a fiddle. The problem is the price of the polycarb. Do you know if i can use the 4mm Styrene you get in homebase etc?

Got a few things to do and I will be autocrossing when the season starts in August in the Pug. So hopefully I will be out for Crail. Will try and do a SIDC trackday for a shakedown. Have to check out the new suspension and see if it will go in a straight line now and the new PAS has to be checked as well.

I may take one or two of the engine bay to get dave all exited

Foz..I made an inswinging hatch on the fiesta with a couplpe of small hinges but sliders are easy enough. Cutting the hole was the problem I had last time.
Dougster you have a pm. Don't know about a marine spec fuel tank. The main thing is to have a sealed bulkhead between you and the tank. Also the pick up has to be carefully placed to avoid fuel surge as you will pull more lateral g's in the car.

What about a custom alloy tank with FSE swirl pot?
Hangers on original tank are gubbed. Could possibly do some welding and use orig.
Cheers, will get back to you on harness and tyres.
