How long do you leave your anti lag on for?
As above, has anyone chewed there turbo using it?
I have never driven with mine on, only flicked it on for a few bangs at idle for 5 seconds max, should i be abit more daring?
I have defi exhaust temp gauge can i run the anti lag upto a certain temp?
any comments welcome, cheers.

when driving on the overrun , at first you get loads off pops out the back, then after a few seconds it goes quite then lets out a big loud bang then another but you start to feel it travelling up the exhaust and then exploding round by your feet after a few good loud bangs at this point i would switch it off as the turbo is getting hot , if the above makes sense
i would imagine egt 800-900 very very max

There are different levels of Anti-Lag. The level that just makes the noise and the other level that actually provides positive boost (and also makes the noise). The one that just makes the noise is worthless and as much use as a flamer kit!
All things being equal, the crude noise maker (on it's own) should not cause any damage.... the proper level (positive boost and noise) will most probably over time, especially if you speak to your turbo supplier and tell them you are going to run proper anti-lag and wait for their response on reliability!
I had it on mine, but only set to ensure it was just on boost (literally).
It's not just the turbo you need to worry about though with proper anti-lag iirc.
