Newbie from across the water...
Hey,
Just thought I'd introduce myself, Stephen from Dublin, Ireland here. Driving a version 4 STi at the moment, picture and current spec for anyone who is interested is below.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
My car:
The picture is from a track day in Mondello, the number on the side is not a normal thing lol
Spec so far is;
• VF28 Turbo
• Front mounted intercooler
• ASI Alloy Radiator
• Apexi induction kit
• HKS 3" Hi-Power exhaust system
• Hayward and Scott 3" decat
• HKS SSQV blow off valve
• Greddy boost controller
• Walbro fuel pump
• Sard Fuel Pressure regulator
• Apexi turbo timer
• Goodridge Braided Brake line kit
• K-sport Coilovers
• 18" Invoits
I have a dyno print out from East Coast Customs, she is putting out 312hp with 290lbs of torque.
Cheers,
Steve.

Hello and welcome Steve
Nice looking motor, love that colour.
You say you have a dyno print out of 312hp/290lbs, i'm no expert by any means but hey with those mods you list i would of expected a bigger increase in power?
Perhaps someone else on here can throw their opinion on that too ?
Keep it rollin.
Andy

Hello Stephen,
Welcome to Scoobynet. Lovely car you've got and it's good to see it being used properly . I've a JDM my96 Classic WRX in silver which I love. It's the early classic.
Anyway lovely looking classic, post up some engine pics if you can. Good to see some sensible mods have gone on your motor, Gareth (South Wales but don't hold that against me )

The car is only boosting 1.1 bar atm, the turbo is from a P1 so nothing special. Simtek is next with higher boost and should hopefully see me to 330+ hp's

Hi stephan,
Im another dublin man, and new to the scooby scene, only bought about 6 weeks ago. 05 sti.
How did you get on in mondello?
I've just started thinking about doing one, and it looks like far better value in kirkistown or bishopscourt.
What did it end up costing in mondello, and how long did you get on track?
Cheers,
Rob
