Default A few newbie questions...

How can you tell if the injectors have been upgraded on an 03 WRX STi?

Are Magnex back boxes any good? As the car I'm getting has one on (the rest of the exhaust has been done as well, but I know the rear end is Magnex). If its going to be too loud for me, I was thinking of getting a HKS Silent Hi-Power back box. Will this reduce the BHP or anything? As it was mapped with the Magnex on.

Cheers

The standard injectors are good for about 380bhp so unless your running that you probably have the standard ones in
Plus with the soundproofing these cars have, changing the backbox wont be too bad, the magnex ones are not the loudest on the market

Cool, thanks for that!

When I test drove the car it didnt seem too loud, but then I didnt drive too fast as it was residential. Just thought it might be too loud for me, but hopefully not!

Thanks
