Default One of them got to go!

As we are now retired we quite fancy getting a camper/day van, so one them has to go, like to keep the red wrx but partner being the more sensible one of us wants to keep the wagon as it's more "practical".🤗

Been looking at Nissan elgrands at local importer & test driven a V6 3.5L 260bhp (remember the practical bit&#128517 Highway Star Nismo, the spec is excellent when compared to other vans & being jdm rot free!

will p/x car as they both have the tripronic gearbox so can't see any real interest in today's market for scoobys.

Anyone got one or know anyone running one I know running cost wise it's going to be similar to the scoob. I've left a deposit on one at the docks which looks right for us!

Looked at vdubs (overrated & overpriced) in my opinion.
Appreciate any thoughts/advice 👍
Ray

Didn't even notice they were matching plates. Looks like my drive, but alot more rust on mine lol

Yea not sure if they fetch as much, although you do find the odd person looking for an auto. Sure a dealer would love them lol

He's looking into how much & let me know as they have never had one (auto) in before! I'm guessing £3500/£4000

Yea sounds like trade value.

Here's a manual version in the same colour, interesting to see what it goes for.

The thing is I don't think he's a trader. Think it's high for a auto though.

Hi Guys! Not been in good health for while now (not Covid ) hence car had to go, just wasn't getting used. Kept the Wagon & looking for a camper as i.ve now retired, got pissed about on eBay by a non payer.......So just took the hit!.
Not sure about the the buyer said he had Subaru he was doing up, presumed was going use it while he got it on the road. Tried for a knock down in price so maybe a dealer.

Any way its water under the bridge now......!

Put a dep on a ELGRAND 3.5 V6 camper, go's well 240 bhp.... still young at heart if any body is interest in the red scoob let me know if you what any history on it ...

take care guys
Ray

Only 3,000 miles since Ray sold it. At least it's being listed at a more reasonable price now.

I know there all the same car. Ray sold it to some guy who listed it on eBay for insane money.

Then looks like that guy has put a few thousand on it, and listed it back on for reasonable money.
