Fabia VRS

Fabia VRS
Fabia VRS 2006 46,000 miles only in yellow - £5995
Nissan main dealer Cared4 WARRANTY until Aug 2013.
This basically a no quibble full cover warranty. ALSO includes breakdown cover
Stock silver alloys and cloth interior
Factory fitted rear Miltec (large oval), with factory fit rear valence to support it. Parrot Blue tooth, iPhone/pod adapter
Remap to 160 bhp, carried out when new. This is considered a moderate map and basically smooths out the torque spike often seen in VAG TDi engines, while giving useful power higher up the rev range and capping the torque at 300lb as any more will stress other components too much ie DMF, gearbox. MPG unaffected - extremely frugal, 50+ easily seen (map printout)
Suspension upgrade: Bilstein B8's with KW springs, fitted brand new by me at 40,000. The dampers are a shortened travel type designed with a lowering spring in mind. The KW's lower by just 20mm (so the car is not over-lowered) and the ride is firm but comfortable and not crashy. See: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic...nsion-upgrade/
Rear Jabbasport arb (best one for the Fabia and gives neutral balance and higher overall grip, dialling out all understeer
4 wheel Hunter alignments with printouts
FSH along with extra oil changes carried out. Recent cambelt/service (40.5K)
Service stamps at:
10K
12
22
29
34000 (Nissan)
Car was then serviced again by Nissan on purchase by me at 39,000
EGR valve, console bushes, rear window seals replaced to stop water collecting in rear footwells (another common repair), new discs, pads & almost new performance front tyres (Rainsports, £100 a corner). Basically, all the common faults have been dealt with on this car, and is now well set-up, driving very nicely indeed. Very nippy car both round town, and with impressive amounts of torque, in gear performance is where the car really shines
I have very big history folder, 2 OE keys, service booklet, & folder and spare 5l of PD oil. Car has been driven with mechanical sympathy (no full bore starts, warmed up/down etc etc.
Please note last pic is with new suspension fitted
No expense spared on this car. I've just gone back to (my 5th) Subaru...
