...and then I woke up from what can only be described as a perfect wet dream.

Stunning, but at the possible £150k asking price I fear I'll just be dreaming for a long while to come....

Why do so many Porsche buyers have such horrible taste when it comes to interior colour choice?

Nice bl00dy car though. **** off a stick springs to mind.

Lovely set up, lovely exterior, gash interior especially that AWFUL steering wheel.

That's German taste for you - mind you it could have been worse - something like a full burgundy leather interior!

It'll be lively, RUFs take no prisoners!

I think the interior looks alright, ok I wouldn't choose it and I'd want something completely different for that amount of cash... but I thought it was going to be far worse looking at the comments on here before I opened the link!!

Cheers,
Grant

That's why I also put a lap time of a well know German circuit

It seems that for its power to weight ratio that both times are rather disappointing.

You've got a point there, John.
My car's about 0.8 sec. slower to the quarter mile, but then it cost me about £110k less.

But.... as fishface said, more to it than that and blasting around the 'Ring (as I know you well know)
I think for exclusivity it definitely wins and I'd have it tomorrow - gash interior or not.

I do think that it's figures are a little conservative for 650bhp. Maybe they were taking car of it?

I would have thought the 30-130mph would be very quick. For the money you could do better if not as exclusive as Zippy says

From a rather more "modest" perpective, I love the Ruf 911s - very well put together and extremely quick. But that interior looks like the sort of fake grey leather you get in a Kia Magentis. Wrong.

To 60 and 100mph, despite both being AWD, the 997.2 PDK Turbo is similar. I guess the manual gearbox must waste time until you can hang onto a gear. Dual clutch gearboxes seem to be closing gaps of up to 25% power to weight ratio compared to manual cars.

It is possible it is torque limited so as not to break anything off the line. So 0-60 and 0-100 times may be conservative. A 4WD car with 650bhp 'should' be pretty quick.

As for PDK, use the PSD gear change instead

PSD method is associated with gearbox failure.

Surely this was some kind of tax dodge, look at the list and prices of the pointless 'extra's' LOL!
