Anyone got an S4? Opinions? I need to swap the S2000 for a car with dog carrying abilities

If it's like the S4 saloon, it'll be fast in a straight line, well built but as boring as anything to drive.

I've got an RS4 avant....... ;-) totally different to an s4 though and deffinately handles far better. S4 is a very capable car though just not as good on the twisty bits.

Late on the scene - but a Legacy GT-B sounds like a chance to fill the role - your dogs will be pasted to the rear glass, side glas, other side glass, etc

Yeah, I had a look at a Legacy at Adams when taking my Impreza in for a service......

Having one Impreza I didn't really want another

The CRV has won the deal. Means I've lost practically bugger all on my S2000 in 18months. I wish my Impreza would be like that. As the CRV is one of the last of the old shape, the discount means that the dealer is practically paying my first years depreciation

Now the toss up is whether to invest the returned cash or to splash out on a track car or to splash out on the watch I'd always promised myself

Andy - you'll save even more on fuel I reckon. The Legacy can make a dent in a tanker load when you find where the fun starts

It is TOO MUCH FUN showing off + showing up other big name motors that don't know what's up

Oh, and get the watch AND a track car (just trying to do my bit for the economy/comsumption ).
