Anyone know any good hotels in florence ? It seems very hard to find a decent hotel with some kind of view of the city for less than £200 per night.

Yeah it's not cheap if you want to stay in the centre I have stayed there in two hotels. Beautiful place. Planning staying there when going to Mugello this July

THey both look nice and both around £1000 for the three nights I want , found a place called the waldorf suites for 700 euro that looks ok and just booked it as I got bored of looking.

Try Flores, sure, flight are more and expensive but its so much better and cheaper when you get there. Dont forget to see Tikal

When you say Flores do you mean Flores Guatamala, Flores Indonesia or flores in the middle of the atlantic, all seem a bit far for a three night trip.

LOL Guatemala, but yeh, bit too much effort for 3 nights Sorry, cant help with Florence, never been, hope you have a good time though.
