Default Worlds greatest scammer? Updated with latest email from scammer

I got a text message through Gumtree from a "potential buyer" for the mother in laws A2, smelt a rat straight away as he was willing to pay my asking price if I emailed him the price. I decided to play along if only for the satisfaction that I had got his hopes up and wasted his time.

Here's all the emails sent and received, quite a read but thought it might provide some amusement. My last email to him was for my own amusement and hoping that it might just wind him up slightly, although he's probably had much worse.

Feel free to spam the **** out of him, sign him up to gay ****, whatever!

His email is france.williams115@gmail.com

and a mobile he gave me is 07024093843

Blue is ME, red is HIM.

Hi,

We are asking £3995 for the A2

Thanks

Stuart

Hi thanks for reply, i am a marine engineer, i am at sea right now. I
am buying this for my son as a surprise gift. I can only pay through
paypal at the moment as i dont have access to my bank account online(i
dont have internet banking with it), but i have it attached to my
paypal account, and this is why i insisted on using paypal to pay,all
i will need is your paypal email address to make the payments, and if
you dont have a paypal account yet, you can set one it cant take you
less than 3mins to do that, i will be expecting your paypal email so l
can pay. I have a pick up agent that will come for the pick up after
payments has been sorted, l will be waiting for your reply asap..

I was just about to pay when i had this problem with the pick up, my pick up
agent says i will need to pay for the pick up before they can schedule a
pick up time, they charged me £700 for pick up and delivery, and
payments or pick up made through them is made to their corporate
international headquarters which is in the State and the
payments is made through western union money transfer, i will add the
£800 to the money i will send through paypal as soon as i have made
the payments, i will email you and let you know and please i will need
you to help me send the money to my pick up
agent Hq in the States through western union money transfer, this can be done
from any post office ,there is always western union money transfer section
in most post offices...,i would have done it myself but we cant bring
some of our personal effects

Hi,

My local post office does Western Union transfers so shouldn't be a problem, just let me know what I need to do and who I need to pay and I'll send the missus down to sort it out.

Thanks Again

Stu

I just want to inform you that i have just completed the payment and i
hope you must have been notified in your paypal email about the
payment i made through PayPal, you can check your e-mail for
confirmation of payment, I have just make the payment of £4,800.,i have
decided to add the amount of £800 which i paid through paypal, So
please i will like you to help me wire the sum of £700 to my agent via
western union so he can be able to come for the pick up and also
paypal said they won't release the funds until they get the western
union information from you due to the fact that i emailed them about
the excess payment i made.i will need you to send the £700 to my pick
up agent Headquarters where they normally confirm any commission
payment to via western union money transfer(this can be done from the
post office, as they usually have a western union agent there), i
added extra £100 to cover the western union charges which shouldn't be
more than £30-55 but just to be sure i added £100, Here is my pick up
agent Headquarter info needed to get the money sent through western
union money transfer:

Tiffany Matthews,
143 Laurel Ln,
Florence,
South Carolina
29506.
United State.

I will need the details of the transfer once you have sent fund so i
can forward to paypal . . .
1.The MTCN number that is the 10 digits number on the Western Union receipt
2.Sender's name and address used in sending the money
3.Actual amount sent.

Regards

You need to check your junk, spam and inbox messages for the payment
confirmation... Due to the nature of my work, phone calls making and
visiting of website are restricted but i squeezed out time to check
this advert and send you an email regarding it. But you can call me
for few seconds on 07024093843

Thanks for all the info **** block, will hand over all details, ip
addresses to my local Online Fraud Protection team.

You really should have stuck in at school then maybe you would have a
decent job and not have to resort to this lame attempt at fraud.

You couldn't even figure out how to send an email which wouldn't land
in someones spam folder.

You really are the modern day definition of "thick as ****"

I hope you enjoy your first **** raping when you are finally locked up
for crimes against education.

Kindest Regards

Your superior in every way

Stu

I told the first one my contact had changed and gave him the second scammers yahoo address haha. i think its called the Nigerian 401 scam, or something like that.

This is perfect ! Every scam anyone gets can just use previous scammers details ! Start up a thread listing any scammers contact details.

Really is anyone mad enough to accept an overpayment for their car only to give a significant sum back for "transport costs"

One thing i noticed with these scammers is you talk to many different people . They start off quite literate but as time goes on you end up with a pigeon english reply. They must have a team, the first contact to try and hook you then once they think your hooked it gets passed to another team member down the line.
