Default Help !! Immobiliser Pin - stop working

I have a 2001 bugeye

I removed battery and recharged as went flat, then went to use it and the 4 digit PIN code no longer works, the pin pad is working a flashes when putting the code in. I have used the pin combo for months now, the code did work fine and I have the card that came with the drivers pack with all the original data in.

The car is obviously immobilised and alarm goes off the second I connect battery to retry.

any advice greatly needed, car is blocking the drive 😬
