Star Wars on Blu Ray
Got it last night from tesco £60 a tenner cheaper than I could find it anywhere else.
If you are a Star wars fan and have the technology then these discs are a must, I have a quite meaty DTS Master Audio AV amp and the sound staging on the pod race scene's is some of the best I've ever heard!
The picture is
Started with phantom menace and got half way through clone wars
only five and half more discs to go with 3 blu rays full of bonus material (I've got some serious TV to get watched!)
My only gripe would be the packaging as it's a bit cheap and naff, I'd be gutted if I'd paid the retail price of £89.99
Get it bought!

Ooooo it sounds sweet!
I've heard Lucas Films always have the best sound, but never properly experienced it.
Tbh, i thought the newer Star Wars films were ruined a bit, by using CGI for the monster/baddies. Made it too....unlike the older films.

Just bought a Panasonic Blu-Ray home cinema system and they are doing a promotion where you get Episodes 4-6 for free provided you send back a form. That said I might eBay it and buy the complete box set as there aren't any bonus discs with the "Trilogies" (Prequel and Original)
Looking forward to seeing them in all their high definition glory though. Going to get Lord of The Rings at some point too

The sound is simply stunning, I found my self ducking out of the way in a couple of places! Mainly when Zebulba was trying to over take little skywalker!

I've not had chance to play through the bonus discs yet but they do look unbelievably thorough with lots of never before seen goodies.
I also have lord of the rings which again is a stunning box set I just wish I waited for the special edition one's now!

I had friends round but still popped out to Tesco at 11pm when they had gone to get my copy!
(I can't wait for anything and company was not stopping me enjoying it on the release date!)

I watched Episode 1 last night. JarJarBinks brought on some fresh hatred, but i was really impressed with the sound quality - amazing!
This was the best sounding blu ray I own.
