sums it up:

Paramedics checked him at Heathrow after his arrest but he had suffered no injuries. Scotland Yard said he was cautioned for the offence of being a stowaway and questioned about entering Britain without a passport before being released.

Another one in the country now, I suppose he'll be gettign a 5 bed house soon.

It seems like there is some ... bitterness (to say the least) about foreigners (or better racism) in your statement.
Wake up, Romania is in the EU. There are plenty of british scumbags exploiting the stupid system already.
Without a passport all they can do is send him back.

Very lucky indeed. Shows what length people are prepared to go for a better life.

He was very lucky it was a short trip or he would have been frozen to death, and that the weather kept the aircraft below 25K feet or he would have died through lack of oxygen.

Interesting - why did he stow away if he is allowed into this country legally and the usual way - surely more to this than meets the eye.

I think you will find it is not racism (and another race card played so easily) more concerns over intergration jobs, benefits, overworked systems such as schools and the NHS that is behind some peoples' dislike of the immigration system forced on us by the EU with our politicians standing by holding the doors open.

Funny though there are areas of Northampton that are literally run by Eastern Europeans, the pubs, shop houses and any Brits going into the pubs, shops are the ones who feel uncomforable and unwanted. Some people/ethnic groups are just not interested in intergration, making friends outside their own community and intergrating and sticking with thier own. It is not just the 'stupid racist Brits' that are the problem an the problem is likely to create more mistrust and more problems.

Isn't it about time some weak minded pr@t mentioned the home grown scum as if that justifies this issue somehow - two wrongs do not make a right!

I think you'll find they are going back because the economy is in a mess and there are no jobs. I think it's a bit short sighted to denounce anyone who objects to mass immigration on a scale not seen since ww2 as racist.

Well if that is the case - how does he plan to support himself whilst he stays here in the UK - easyjet or such charge around 100.00eur to fly and if this is the case then if cannot afford that then he cannot afford to be here or would you rather he came drew benefits here whilst looking for work or not looking - just drawing benefits ad infinitum?

Do tell.

A much fairer system would be to only allow the same benefits and access to schools and health here as the countries people come from and they only can come here to a job that is waiting for them, not to join the dole ques or impact on the UK citizens looking for work.

Oh and i speak as one of them who has just landed a job after 11 weeks and 200+ applications and is also having to pay for my own retraining...

Not my experience, we have quite a few Polish & Romanian and even a couple of Russians working at our place, all are very nice people.

Ive not seen any racism at work and they are treated as fellow work colleagues.
