I don't think anyone's intelligence needs to be insulted here. It's obvious what it was about, but for it to be admitted so soon after it was denied? Doesn't give them any credibility whatsoever and actually makes the judicial system in this country a bit of a joke.

I think we knew this already: burglary, drug dealing, robbery etc: slapped wrist, or community service.

Speeding, with NO victim: fined, points, insurance premium goes up AND you get a "victim surchgarge" if you take it to court.
