I need a tool that will automatically Sync my Photo folder on my External drive to my NAS, so i can have seamless access to my photos.

Ive got an app from the app store called Sync Folders can you recommend any others that automate it all ? before i spunk 5.99

I just use iCloud photos and done. Maybe rsync would work for you, here a GUI for it http://arrsync.sourceforge.net totally untested.

 

That is the one I use for a few clients. I use it in a slightly different way as this is for data from server to external drive which then uploads to cloud backup.
But the principle is the same.

Both are front ends to rsync I believe, you probably pay for bells and whistles.

 

You could try ChronoSync I've used it in the past to do scheduled syncing of a MBP with a desktop, but I think it will also do what you need
