anyone into paragliding,hangliding etc?

used to fly flex-wing microlights a few years back.now im looking to do powered paragliding /hangliding.anyone else tried these activities.which one is more fun.

I have been dragged through the sand face fist whilst attached to nylon ropes and dunked in the sea upside down, if that counts
