Recommend me an office chair with good lumbar support
I'm once again having physio for my back/neck and have been told to get a better office chair as the one I have is apparently contributing to the problem (along with my bad posture).
I thought the chair we had was OK but it's a bit too big for me and doesn't have adjustable lumbar support. I'd like something that feels as comfy and is as adjustable as the Recaros in my car as I can get really comfortable in them
What do you lot recommend?

We've got these smart Herman Miller chairs at work that are about £600 a go new! They are one of the most comfortable things I've ever seen and give great back support.
Apparently, they're used at NASA (I know they're in the film Armegeddon!).
Here's one on fleabay:
HERMAN MILLER AREON CHAIR SIZE B GREAT CONITION on eBay, also Office Chairs, Office Furniture, Office Equipment Supplies, Business, Office Industrial (end time 14-May-08 18:47:02 BST)

Posturite do some good chairs for 4-700 quid. Recommended by my physio for the same thing.
There was another company too that was much cheaper, let me just find them for you.

£600? Gulp I'd like to try one of these, I wonder if there's anywhere in the Skipton area that sells them? Hmmm..
I've had a quick look on the interweb and it appears there's a lot selling secondhand for less money so that may be a cheaper option

Back Care Seating - Metrus Chair
But remember, to a point you get what you pay for.
Still looking for the company I was talking about.

Sal, pay the money for the best chair you can get - trust me on this one!!
I used to have terrible neck and back issues from my old office chair, but decided it was worth shelling out on a decent one.
In the end I bought a Raynor Ergohuman off ebay for about £500 - they are cheaper in the US but then with shipping etc it was cheaper to buy one here.
It looks like something out of Aliens, but it works very well - had it a few years now and its still going strong and I no longer have bad backs/neck.
If I was buying again I would defo try a HM Aeron as well as the Egohuman, but at the time I couldn't find a supplier locally.
