somin not right here all looks ok at first but look into his feedback etc, i won a snap on scanner a couple days ago cant put finger on it but somethings not right

also had a email from another bloke who also bought the same as me asking if i had received mine yet as he hadnt

All of his feedback is from people with very low amounts of feedback themselves, and a lot seem to mention cash on collection. They also have simliar style user names: g.fisher, m.craig, r.gross etc.

That reeks of pish. Its painfully obvious all that feedback has been written by the same person, its all in the same style, with repeats of phrases etc. All the "buyers" have private feedback too. He is obviously listing stuff all over the place and "winning" it with his other accounts that he has set up to build up feedback before shafting as many people as he can in a few days and disappearing.
I would say report him to ebay, but they wont give a toss, he has already given them a fair whack in final value fees by the looks of things and at a quick glance, he looks legit. They generally arent bothered enough to dig a little deeper.
