Should I demand some compensation
Just got home from work, and I have had a letter for pet insurance
Only they seem to have mis-typed my name, so do you think I should complain and ask for some sort of compensation ?

I just phoned them up, and said 'Can I speak to your customer sales manager', they said yes can we have your policy number so we can put you through
Then she asked what it was regarding, so I told her to bring my policy up on screen to see exactly what the problem is, and then the penny dropped
She was very apologetic and I told its even worse that the cats name is Fish and how do you think that sounds with the surname they put on the letter and the certificate
You wouldnt believe how hard it was trying to explain how deeply traumatised I have been whilst fighting back the laughter
Anyway they have give me a load of free insurance now

For a very long time my Insurance policy was in the name of Wing Commander K Burns.
I liked it so much I never changed it (unfortunately one year they phoned up querying it )

With your name you may well have been told this old story about Diana Dors, the voluptuous model and "actress".
Dors' real name was Diana Fluck and she was invited to open some posh village tea party hosted by the local vicar.
At the end of the day as she came to leave, the vicar shook her warmly by the hand and, remembering to use her real name said......
"Many thanks for coming and it has been a pleasure to meet you Mrs Clunt"
