Cool

Just thought I would share this news with you because I'm dead proud of my mum and dads achievements, setting up the business and seeing it grow to the size it is now. Its nice to be recognised by JCB on there site !

Have a look at www.jcb.co.uk. Go to "About JCB" and click on "News Releases". Its the "Family Firm" article, dated 18-12-01.

Thanks for reading.

That's a lot of JCB's, imagine the traffic jam that lot could cause.
Congrats to you parents.
Cheers

Well done on the business front to your folks.... Good to see the recognition from an international company - I'm sure that makes a change compared to other big outfits.
I had to read the post, as these are the guys that prevent me from getting a decent personalised plate for my motor
Trust my parents to give me the initials JCB!

i visited the plant about 15 years from college and was well impressed they had some amazing water powered cutters and as a result we own two jcb 3cx's
they can supply parts to any and every machine they have ever manufactured and look after there work force very well.

Bob, those JCB's are tame in power compared to the one with a Superchared Chevy in ! Seriously ! Can't remember the power figures but its bloody fast down a quater mile stretch. Don't think there would be many ques of traffic behing one of those, unlike ours that do Max 25 M.P.H !!!
