Hi Dave,

Come into Horley (1 mile from Gatwick) and go to Khushboo (click)on the Balcombe Road. Very nice food! I live around the corner....

Try Ruchita's in Earlswood (right next to Earlswood station) - I live just round the corner and it's one of the best I've been in (although aout 5 miles from Gatwick).

About 5 miles away but the 'Clove' in Reigate is superb.

Whilst we're on it - can anyone recommend a decent Chinky in the area. Since the one in Reigate closed down, we're cleaned out round here.

Just get the high class hooker to bring a takeaway with her - never dine alone

Severe lack of decent chinese restaurants in the area IMO.

I get a take-away (delivered) from The Rice Wok (or is it Rice Bowl??) in Reigate but if it's a sit-down meal, I go to New Harvest in Purley (althought it's recently changed it's name to something or other).

Agreed

Went to the place above Argos a few weeks ago for a friends party, service was awful, food was 'average', drinks were flat, and they tried to stitch us up on the price.

Happy House opposite Ford garage is ok for take away, but i seem to get most of my chinese stuff from Tesco these days, they do some good breaded prawns with chilli sauce
