Default Cheap/small LCD TV?

Need a small lcd tv for the kitchen. I don't want to spend much more than about £200. Any ideas?

I think we'll have to start giving positive reps when people crack risky jokes that are funny...

There are a few adverts in the papers at the moment. I've seen 32" for <£400, so maybe you'll get lucky. Try looking in the quality press like the Sun.

I just bought this, with my nectar points worked out at £115!! IMO though that's still £115 to much.

The Auto setup, well it got all the channels wrong and most were unwatchable. manually set it and still rubbish. Had a booster lying about, plugged it in, better, but now lines moving down the screen and 2 channels still not watchable.

Plugged in to the living room where we have our other TV (also a samsung) still had a low quality picture (main TV is OK).

As a PC monitor it's fine. must be a crap tuner. Taking it back tomorrow. Gutted really as thought it would be a decent TV.

It's not a problem. Everyone has their opinion on something. maybe my last TV was just too good

Cheaper Tv's will generally have cheaper components and not as good. To be honest I may keep it and just buy a good set top box/booster combo, if that doesn't work, well I have 16 days to take it back.

10.4 Inch Digital Freeview TFT TV

Just bought this today - I am impressed - Digital TV ... and at 10" it can go in the car with you if needed!!

By the way - buy their catalogue for £4 and take the voucher out the middle ... gives you £5 off!!

What 'VGA' resolution Pete. VGA implies 640x480 to me, which is rubbish, although that is American std. TV resolution so you never know...

640x480 VGA ... still I'm not using it as a monitor.

Must add, however, you need a STRONG signal to get this TV to work!
