Did anyone see the news item on the BBC website yesterday about the guy who got caught speeding in a 30 limit, so he unscrewed a random 40 sign and put it back up again in the road he was caught - he then sent pics in to proove he wasn't speeding!!!
Didnt get away with it though, i think he ended up with a stretch in the klink!
