Anyone know of a good online "job suitablity" test.
One of those things where you answer loads of questions about what you like/dislike and what sort of person you are ,then it tells you what sort of job would suit you.
I'd like something pretty comprehensive and accurate (if thats possible).
cheers.
(non-online as well if there are any good tests available)

www.reed.co.uk have a load of career tools, I've tried em but wasn't too impressed. To be fair, I just want to get out of my current job and I haven't the faintest idea what I want to do!

Let me guess, you want to get out of IT into anything other than IT? (like most people in IT....)
Those tests are a waste of time - the only way really is to look into job descriptions in detail to see what sort of things you think appeal. Even then a lot depends on the job itself, regardless of what sector youre in. You could go for an accounancy job with a firm and love it, or go for an identical job with another firm but hate it.

Management is not for me because i hate relying on others. I like testing myself on a one to one basis, hate the 40 hour week, like working in the evening, hate holidays, like economics, like people, want to wear my own clothes and drive my own car.
