Dyson vs Bissell
Hello
In a fit of rage i have broken the Dyson again
So rather than patch it back together again, the wife now wants a new vacuum cleaner. She has looked at the DC15 "Ball" and also the Bissell Lift Off. One is quite alot more than the other !!!! I know which I want to get, but can anyone offer me any plusses/minusses on each type and any recommendations on which is better all round ?
Dave

We have a Dyson Ball and it sucks - but in a good way, our carpets are now clean(er) with a lot less efforrt than out last cleaner, Yes the last one as shagged out but bugger me, the Dyson does a good job!
It is outstanding at removing *** ash from our Burberry curtains and bedspread and with the clear collection chamber at the front - you never risk sucking up and loosing some of your more prescious Elizibeth Duke Bling!
Cannot comment on reliablitly yet but is seems well built and does the business.

have a look at reviewcentre.com - it will give you an idea just how many people rate Dyson's in general.
Sebo or Miele - case closed
we bought a £100 Meile S571 and it's the best engineered piece of kit in our house, including the car! It's fantastic, literally lifts the carpet up, 1800watts of suction if impressive, seriously, watch it around the edges as it brings the carpets off the grippers
