I haven't been to the Shrewsbury one, so can't really comment on that. But have been to both Brum and Worcs - both busy and a PITA. Brum is a bigger office though but is more of a pain to travel to and park.

I have dealt with both Shrewsbury and Birmingham (by post only) and have personally found the Shrewsbury office to be much quicker.

My understanding is that Birmingham is usually very busy at all times.

As long as you don't go near a lunchtime Shrewsbury is very quiet - not normally a que of more than 3/4 people.

Birmingham is always busy. Lots of dealers use it. Parking can be a nightmare as well.
