Is There a Website that .....
.. gathers all the UK cottages/caravans/chalets that are unlet into one place as last minute bargains?
and if not, why not?
I am sure if I owned a cottage that was un-let I would love to get whatever I could for it if there are just days to go before its sell by date.

You’d be surprised how popular holidaying in the UK has been over the past 2-3 years, our cottage is nearly booked solid for the whole season from about mid march. It isn’t too hard for owners to drum up interest in there holiday homes with tinternet n all
, its farley easy to knock up a basic website. So it doesn’t really come to a last minute situation like with Mediterranean resorts where accommodation far outstrips demand.
