Default PERRIN-08-14-SUBARU SILICONE-TURBO INLET HOSE

Iv been looking to buy one of these.

Are these worth getting if im on the stock turbo.

They are quite expensive for what it is. On the perrin website it says it increases power and throttle response.

Any body actually noticed a difference with one of theses?

It will look a lot better but I wouldn't bother as a stand alone upgrade it won't make any noticeable difference , apart from the cost its not a 5 min job to fit either.
The flow, composition and strength of a decent silicone turbo hose may be better than OE and Perrin gear is nice but I would spend my money elsewhere tbh
That said I got mine fitted (Samco)when the engine was out getting forged , made sense to fit it when getting it rebuilt combined with other upgrades.

cheers
Matt

There are ebay jobbies of the same quality for £40. People use the ebay ones on other platforms without headache.

I was going to buy one for my stock turbo blob , but then i saw the ballache to fit. I wasnt prepared to cut up the stock inlet. So i am just making a custom SRI instead.
