if you buy the box say from dixons, is it plug and play, ready to watch there and then?
is there the problem with the old ondigital of living in bad areas/good areas?
is there an online list of coverage etc?

The website said that I couldnt recieve any but I tried my mates and i can get the two music channels, couple of others channles and about 10 radio channels

Or get Freesat from SKY.
£150 fitted one off payment for all the free channels,no subscription.
Thats what i've got.

Then you may get everything with a new aerial designed for digital - it worked for me under very similar circumstances.

I looked at Freesat but it looked a lot of money for the box for what channels you get.

I got this instead.....

Freeview + HDD recorder for £136. I also saw it Dixons recently for a tenner more.

Not a massive fan of freeview but now use it quote a lot. The HDD record and pause live TV is excellent
