Angry

I'm not sirprised that he can't get calibration evidence, they ignore you, and will only say that the machines "self-calibrate" and they will produce the evidence "if you go to court".

People are still being frightened into incriminating themselves without being given PACE warnings too, by bullying letters asking for money "or we take you to court where you'll be fined far more than the measly £60 we've asked for"

Like the PACE evidence, magistrates will ignore it if/when he does come up before them, as they don't really understand it, and are just part of the tax gathering system.

I would bet on him losing any appeal too...........can you remember the last appeal that DIDN'T uphold Lying Labour's Laws?

Poxy government, poxy country, grrrrr

I suspect the accuracy of his homemade device will become one of the sticking points.

Nice if he does it though...

He seems pretty sure of his facts and obviously feels he has suffered an injustice. If he wins the consequences for the Government are difficult to imagine and for that reason I don't think he will.
Good luck to him anyway for his perseverence.

He's on a hiding to nothing. He should know that the police et al don't take kindly to criticism of any sort.

The Mags will convict and ignore the evidence. They won't want to deal with the ramifications and so will rely on him appealing to a crown court. Even then, the CC won't want to rock the boat and so will force him to appeal to that.

They are relying on him not having the money, stomach to fight it.
