How do I find myself?
I would like to understand who I am and what I am capable off.
I just had this incredible feeling of following the herd, when I really would like to know how to find out the real me.
Does that make any sense or am I needing sleep?

Try jumping off a 10 storey office block and see if you can fly. If you hit the deck then you know you wont be capable of flying and of course it wont matter either way
Seriously though, have a w@nk, it'll bring things into perspective

No - you probably don't need sleep! There's several ways that you could start.
1. Lots of expensive therapy.....
2. Do something you're really scared of - I did an abseil down a 120ft building one - scared the **** outta me, but learned something new about myself.
3. Question yourself constantly - Why, Why, Why. Why did I think that? Why do I believe in that? etc.
4. Read books and go listen to people who you violently disagree with (hanging aorund here for a while could do it! ) - it will make you question why you disagree with them. Most people read stuff about people they agree with - you don't really learn a lot about yourself that way.
Just some thoughts - have fun!
