How do i lose my boy ***** ???
Well the beer belly thread seemed to come up with the answers so can anyone give some pointers on what i should be doing to get rid of these ??

* you have too much bodyfat
* you are inclined to store bodyfat around the chest area
the second point you can't do anything about (its genetics). the first point you can... lose bodyfat.
no matter where you have a disposition to store bodyfat, if you get your bodyfat low enough, it won't show.
so in other words, eat cleaner and reduce your calories until you start losing a couple of lbs a week.

ps. been reading the posts about these probs.
been on a diet since new year,
(first time trying to keep it too, maybe cos of 2 girls in my life)
only lost 2 stone 2 pounds need about 1 and 1/2 more
prob is i'm hardly losing anything now!
seriously can't see anything different 'cept can do 30 pressups not like 10 last year.
scoob seems quicker too
