Newbie P1
Hey guys (and gals I'm sure), just thought i'd post up a few pics of my new impreza. I've only just joined the forum and am completely new to the world of subaru's, so a big HI to all of you! At long last I've got an impreza!! I waited until I was old enough and ugly enough to get one, so thought I'd bite the bullet and purchase a P1. I'm not entirely sure if the gentleman I'm buying it off is already a member on here? I'm sure some of you will recognise the car if they are!! Unfortunately, due to the nature of my job, I won't be able to attend many meets, but I'm sure I'll be at a few and no doubt I'll get to know some of you! Anyhow, enough of me rabbiting on, here it is (I'll post some better pics up when I can!)...

Thanks! The thing is, I've wanted one for a very long time, and now I'm old enough and have built up the no-claims, it didn't seem worth getting a WRX so I just thought "sod it, you only live once", and bought a P1. It wasn't the first I looked at though. Theres some real sheds out there. If I had a pound for every time I had heard "my mate's a mechanic and has done all the servicing", I'd be minted!! I came across this one and went to see it. The chap selling it was top and very pleasent. It has full service history and is on 61k. Its just had a full rebuild at APi with all receipts and is half way through the 1000 mile run-in period. It has 6 Months tax and a years MOT. As soon as I saw it and saw what it came with, I knew I was going to buy it. Hopefully I'll have many happy years of subaru ownership to come!! (Touch wood!!)

lol!! Now that you've said that, it does actually look like a tin of John West's finest, but I can assure you that its a cherry scented air freshener lol!!
Yes, some of the fins are bent over, and yes, the cocktail sticks will be coming out lol
